'FREE' Local delivery within 5 miles of 'WS3'
We will attempt delivery on the chosen date/time agreed via Email or Message. Once we have attempted delivery if not successful you will have 2 options to choose from.
1. Collection - Arrange a new date/time to collect your order.
2. Redeliver - Arrange a new date/time to receive your order ( With a £1.99 Re-delivery charge)

Order issues
You will have 14 days from receiving your order to report any issues such as damages or defects to the outer packaging or missing or damaged item(s) within your order. Once the 14 days have expired we at On1club will not be held liable for any issues regarding your item, Please ensure you have photographic evidence of the issue as it will be needed to help conduct our investigation.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
