Returns
After 30 days of receiving your order, we are not liable to offer a refund or exchange on your order.
Refunds will only be given if the item(s) are in their original On1club packaging. Tags and labels fitted correctly and in its original unworn condition. If the item(s) are altered, damaged or soiled in anyway it could be sent back to you. Unless we at On1club are liable or at fault, we will deduct any postage costs from any refund.
Refunds will be processed within 10 working days, from receiving your order.
Underwear & Swimwear
Please acknowledge that we can not accept returns or exchanges, on underwear & swimwear due to hygiene reasons.
Order issues
You will have 14 days from receiving your order to report any issues such as damages or defects to the outer packaging or missing or damaged item(s) within your order. Once the 14 days have expired we at On1club will not be held liable for any issues regarding your item, Please ensure you have photographic evidence of the issue as it will be needed to help conduct our investigation.
To report any issues with your order please email customerservice@on1club.com with the photos of the issue for reference.
How to return
For UK returns, please print and fill out our (Returns & Exchange Form), you can find this at the bottom of our website in the "About section"
Pack the item(s) you are returning or exchanging in their original condition, all original labels must be intact and in a condition, to resell the product. Please include a completed copy of your returns form within the parcel.
We recommend returning your item(s) 'Via recorded delivery' as we at On1club can not be held responsible for any item(s) that does not reach us. Please return to:

Please acknowledge you will be responsible for paying postage costs that associate with your returned order.
Exchanges
Order the wrong size? Picked the wrong colour? Don't worry, you can exchange for an alternative item by filling out the exchange section on our returns form & return any unwanted item(s) to us by post.
Once we receive your item(s) we aim to process & dispatch your exchange withing 10 working days, You will also receive a confirmation email from our Customer Service Team confirming that we have received your parcel.
Faulty items
If by any chance that you receive an incorrect item or an item you believe to be faulty, please contact us at customerservice@on1club.com were we will be able to assist you further. We will then advise you on how to proceed with the return. We will also happily reimburse UK postage costs up to a value of £4.75 per parcel, depending on the weight, size & location.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping item(s) over $75, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
